Detailed instructions - Remove the six T15 Torx screws that secure the silver side of the door, which "disappears" when you close it. Take off this plastic piece. Now remove the rounded plastic that hides behind the glove compartment when you close the door. To do this, use a plastic wedge (not metal, or you'll scratch everything). By doing this, you will have exposed a T30 Torx screw that you need to remove. Next, remove the plastic next to the window, again using the wedge, and manually detach the rubber behind it. At this point, by prying around the panel with a trim tool, you can detach it and disconnect its connectors.
