Replacing the Key Fob Battery for Mercedes E-Class W212

In this DIY tutorial, you will learn how to disassemble and replace the battery in the key fob of a Mercedes E-Class W212. First, take the key and slide the side button to remove the key from the fob. Then, insert the key into the slot and open the fob into two parts, removing the top cover. At this point, access the battery and remove it with a sharp object, replacing it with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a 2025). Finally, reassemble everything!
