How do you change the key fob battery of a Mercedes E-Class? Let's see in this detailed video how to do it. Take your key fob and slide the button to release the metal key. Use a screwdriver to pry between the key cover and the plastic cap. Pry until the two pieces separate from the cover, then remove the battery holder. Replace the worn battery with a screwdriver, taking a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the cover with the buttons by pressing on the key fob until you hear the locking click.
