In this guide, you will learn how to disassemble and replace the battery in the key fob for the Mercedes A-Class W169, as well as the B-Class W246 and C-Class W204. First, take your key fob and remove the physical key from it. Next, remove the back cover by prying it off from the sides to access the battery. At this point, take out the old battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2025, 3V); simply insert it in the correct orientation and reassemble the key fob!
