This guide shows how to replace the cabin air filter in the Mercedes Benz A-Class A180 W176. Perform this operation from inside the cabin in the passenger footwell. Slide the passenger seat back and remove the mat to access the panel under the glove compartment. In this space is the air filter housing. Disconnect the two clips securing the cover, then remove the filter element using a small hook. Insert the new filter and close the cover. Clean the bottom of the compartment of any debris and secure the panel back in place. Reinstall the mat. The operation is complete.
