How to Top Off the Antifreeze in a Mercedes C-Class

Antifreeze, as you can easily guess, drastically reduces the risk of freezing inside the engine during the coldest times of the year. For this reason, it is essential to top off the fluid as soon as its level becomes too low. Before learning how to do this correctly and quickly, make sure to purchase original antifreeze or one that is perfectly compatible with your vehicle. Next, with the engine off and cold, lift the hood and locate the antifreeze reservoir. Unscrew the cap by turning it counterclockwise and then pour the new fluid inside. Finally, screw the cap back on and close the hood.
