How to Top Up the Coolant in the Mercedes C-Class

Coolant, as the name suggests, plays an important role in lowering the operating temperature of the engine to maintain its performance and reliability. After driving many miles on the road, it may be necessary to refill the tank. The entire operation can be done independently and takes just a few minutes. Remember to perform this with the engine off and especially cold, otherwise, you may face serious burns. Open the hood and locate the coolant reservoir, which is on the passenger side. Unscrew the cap by turning it counterclockwise and proceed to pour in the new coolant. Once finished, screw the cap back on and close the hood.
