Now take the key and insert it into the designated slot at the bottom of the remote, pressing firmly until you unlock and can remove the battery housing. You can now remove the two old batteries and replace them with two new ones. The battery type for this remote is CR2025. Once the batteries are replaced, simply reassemble the remote and you are done.
