Procedure to Replace the Cabin Filter on a Mercedes V-Class

The first step is to purchase a new pollen filter. Next, get inside the vehicle, turn off the engine, and pull the handbrake. The cabin filter in this vehicle is located inside; you need to detach the side cover of the footwell on the passenger side as shown in the video. Once the side cover is removed, unscrew the fastening elements with a T30 Torx key, then use a T25 Torx to unscrew the fastening elements of the upper cover. After this, remove the upper cover and disconnect the electrical cable. Remove the filtering element and position the new filter following the arrows present on the filter itself.
