In order to replace the battery of the Mercedes A-Class you have to unscrew the bolt that secures the cover positioned in the footrest compartment on the passenger side. Once this cover has been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying battery, which can be removed from its housing after loosening the fixing bolts and disconnecting the terminals. In this way you can insert the new battery, which will have to be fastened again with the bolts and connected to the terminals. After installation, you can close everything by inserting the appropriate cover.

How do you open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5?
