How to Reset Service A and B on a Mercedes E W212

To reset Service A or Service B on the Mercedes E-Class 350 W212, get in the vehicle and close all four doors. Turn the key to position one. Press the center button on the left and the call button on the right simultaneously for a couple of seconds. The main menu will appear. Scroll down using the "down" button on the left until you reach "full service." Press "ok." Scroll down to confirm "full service" and press "ok" again. It will display "service carryout," press "yes." Confirm and reset the counter. Scroll down to "service records" to view the mileage for the next service.
