Instructions for Resetting the Service Light

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

Resetting the SERVICE light on the instrument panel is done manually using the menu buttons on the steering wheel spokes. After performing the regular maintenance by replacing the oil and the related filter, you can reset the maintenance reminder light without any diagnostic tool. Simply turn on the ignition, scroll through the menu items using the steering wheel controls until you enter the service menu, and perform the reset by pressing the trip odometer reset button located at the bottom left of the instrument panel.
