Removing Car Radio and Cassette Player for Repair

To remove the car radio from the console, insert the appropriate tools into the side slots of the radio to release the retaining springs. At this point, pull the radio out of the slot while carefully disconnecting the connectors. Perform the same operation on the cassette player to extract it from the console; therefore, insert the appropriate tools into the side slots of the player to release the retaining springs, then pull it from its slot while removing the connectors. To reinstall the equipment, simply reconnect the connectors and gently slide the radio or player back into their slots, being careful not to pinch the electrical wires.
