In this video tutorial, you will see how to replace the air filter in an MG by following a few simple steps: the first thing to do is to purchase a new air filter from an authorised car parts dealer. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate prop. Loosen the clamp holding the intake pipe in place. Disconnect the intake pipe from the air filter housing. Remove the fastening elements of the filter housing. Lift the cover and remove the old filter element. Clean the housing and cover, being careful not to let dirt enter the system. Insert the new filter element in place and reassemble all parts in reverse order.
