How to disassemble the front door lock of the Mini Cooper

Today we will discover the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the lock of the front door of the Mini Cooper. First of all, we open the front door and start disassembling and removing the door panel, unscrewing all the fixing screws; then we unscrew the internal screws of the external handle to remove it, subsequently removing the lock cylinder as well, as illustrated in the video. If necessary, we disassemble the lock module and replace the components with new ones, fixing them correctly and finally checking their operation.
