The fuse box of a Mini Cooper is located in the glove compartment of the front passenger. To reach it, open the glove compartment and remove any objects inside.

Once opened, you will see a small panel or cover that covers the fuse box. Remove this panel, usually fixed with clips or hand screws. Once the fuse box is open, you can access the individual fuses and replace them if necessary.
