Today we will explain the steps to replace the battery of the Mini Cooper model F 56 remote control. To perform the replacement, we need a flat-head screwdriver and a CR 2023 model battery. Press the silver button on the outside of the remote control to remove the metal key stored inside. Insert the flat-head screwdriver into the hole where the key was previously stored to open the remote control cover. Remove the battery cover to replace it. After inserting the new battery, close the battery cover and the key cover, then insert the emergency key into the remote control.
