Replacement of the Mini Cooper S remote control battery

Model: Mini Mini F57, F56, F55, F54 - Years 2014-2023
Part: Key

To replace the dead battery of the Mini Cooper S remote control, press the small button on the edge and remove the emergency key, then using a small flathead screwdriver, lift the shell with the Mini logo and apply pressure on the edge to remove it. This way we have access to the battery compartment cover, which we can open by using the screwdriver, which we will also need to remove the old battery from its slot. Insert the new battery, making sure to orient the positive pole upwards; replace the small cover and the shell with the Mini logo, and finally insert the emergency key back into its housing.

How to Replace the Interior Light Bulbs on a Jeep Renegade

Let’s see how to replace the damaged bulbs in the interior light of a Jeep Renegade. Use a screwdriver to pry between the interior light and the headlining panel (without breaking the panel), pull the interior light out from the panel and disconnect the power connector. Replace the damaged bulbs with new ones (same size and voltage). Refit the interior light into its housing (push the clear plastic with your hands until the clips are fully engaged in the side plastic). Test the correct operation of the bulbs in the interior light after installation.
