How to replace the ignition coil of a Mini Cooper
Model: Mini Mini
R55, R57, R56
- Years 2007-2014
In this video, we will see how to replace the ignition coil of a Mini Cooper: first, we need to remove the cover of the engine block with a T30 socket wrench, then using a screwdriver, we pry at the bottom to remove the cover. We remove the cover and move the coil back and forth until it comes out. On the new one, we can put a small amount of dielectric grease. We can find the kit of the four coils with the code B0C6WNCH4H on Amazon, priced at 138.22 euros, with free delivery. We recommend replacing them one at a time, to avoid confusion, and once the operation is completed, we can put the engine block cover back in place.
