First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the front wheel; then locate the brake pad wear sensor behind the caliper, unscrewing the sensor with a spanner and disconnecting the electrical connector to remove it, as shown in the video.

Now install the new brake pad wear sensor, connecting it; similarly, replace the other front brake pad wear sensor if necessary.
