Replacing the cabin air filter on Mini? Let's see how to remove the air filter in the Mini. We unscrew the clamping screws on the side of the plastic (central tunnel). With a plastic lever we detach the covering. We remove the cap from the filter holder, then, we extract the worn cabin filter. We insert a new passenger compartment filter, making it adhere well around the walls of the box, reassemble the filter box cap and mount the plastic covering the central tunnel (tighten the screws). We check the correct assembly of the previously assembled pieces. We assemble the air filter the same as the disassembled one.

The diesel filter on the Renault Captur is always of the immersion type, but instead of being located at the top of the engine bay, it is positioned lower, inside the front right wheel arch (passenger side), practically under the headlamp.
