How to Remove the Bulb from a Mini's Interior Light

Model: Mini Mini R53, R52, R50 - Years 2001-2007

Need to remove the blown bulb from the interior light? Start by removing the bulb from inside the light unit. Pry between the cover of the interior light (clear lens) and the trim of the light unit. Pull out the removed lens from the light unit, then remove the bulb/LED. Install the new bulb inside the plastic of the interior light unit. Secure the lens in the light unit (press it in with your hands until the plastics are fully locked). Test the light's correct operation before refitting the piece. Use bulbs or LEDs with the voltage recommended in the user manual.
