In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the window regulator mechanism on a second-generation Mini Cooper S. First, open the front door and remove the door panel; use a plastic lever to remove the light fixture under the panel and the handle cover. At this point, start prying on the sides of the panel at multiple points to unclip it, as shown in the video; remove the window scraper seal and unscrew all the screws of the panel. Finally, remove the window regulator mechanism by unscrewing all the fixing screws!
