Removing the External Wing Mirror

Model: Mini Mini R56, R57, R55 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Side mirror

The components of the external wing mirror are the cover and the internal mirror: both are clipped in and can be removed by disengaging them; however, take care as the plastic fixing tabs are very thin and delicate, especially if the vehicle has been outside in the cold for a long time (you may warm them with a hairdryer). If you wish to completely remove the mirror from the door, rotate the mirror 90° to access the fixing screws: this will reveal the two Torx screws.

How to Replace the Engine Air Filter on a Peugeot Partner

The engine air filter for this car model is located at the rear of the engine bay, directly under the windscreen, in a central position: to access the filter housing, first remove the brake fluid reservoir; then you can unscrew the three front screws that secure the filter container cover, release the side latch, and complete the removal of the cover; then extract the old filter, remove any dirt residue, ensuring no impurities enter the intake, install the new filter ensuring the seal fits perfectly against the edges of the box, and refit the cover and brake fluid reservoir.
