How to remove the steering wheel of a Mini Cooper

Before we can begin, we will have to disconnect the battery, and then go and sit in the driver's seat of our Mini Cooper. So let's start by unscrewing and removing the Allen screws that secure the airbag to the steering wheel. After that, we will have to extract the airbag, and then disconnect the relative electrical connector. By doing so, we will have reached the central nut that fixes the steering wheel to the steering column, which we will have to unscrew and remove. At this point, we will have to remove the steering wheel from the steering column, and then disconnect the relative electrical connectors, and we will have completed the disassembly.
