How to Remove the Steering Wheel Airbag from a Mini Cooper

Before starting, disconnect the battery of your Mini Cooper for safety. Begin by sitting in the driver's seat. Next, unscrew and remove the rear screws that secure the airbag to the steering wheel, turning the wheel from side to side. This will free the airbag itself. At this point, disconnect the electrical connector attached to the airbag, then extract it from the steering wheel. Once you have removed the airbag from your Mini Cooper's steering wheel, you will have successfully completed the removal.
