Is the front seat of your car damaged? Do you want to repair or replace it? Let's look at removing the front seat from the Mini. Move the seat forward using the adjustment buttons and remove the securing pins from the rear of the rail. Move the seat back (using the electric buttons) and unscrew the securing bolts on the front rail with a socket wrench.

After removing the bolts, disconnect the power terminals for the front seat. Remove the front seat from the sliding rails and replace it with a new or refurbished one.
