To remove the front seat from a Mini Cooper, push the seat backwards to access the screws located at the front of the sliding rails. Loosen these screws, then push the seat forward. This will allow you to unscrew the bolts at the back of the rails. Once done, the seat can be lifted out, and you can disconnect the connector located underneath. Now the old seat can be completely removed and replaced with a new one.
