Removing the Lock Module on a Mini One - Cooper R50-R53

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the lock module on the Mini One and Cooper, in R50 and R53 versions. First, open the front door of your car and start by removing the door panel by unscrewing all the screws; once removed, you can unscrew the screws of the lock module, which you will find inside and on the sides of the door, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the handle cable to completely remove the lock; all that’s left is to replace it with the new one, following the video until the end for reassembly!
