In this tutorial, you will discover how to replace the key battery on Mini models of the F56 series. When the central locking stops working completely when pressing the button, it is time to replace the battery in your remote. To replace it, the first step is to detach the upper cover with the manufacturer's logo using a flat screwdriver, taking care not to damage the key. The battery is covered by another small cover, which can be removed easily with the same screwdriver. Now replace the battery with a CR2032 type and reassemble everything to complete the operation.
