In this video, we can see how to replace the remote battery on the Mini Countryman, a very simple and quick operation. The replacement battery should be a CR2032 type, 3V. Start by removing the rear cover by prising it off with a small screwdriver or equivalent tool, extract the emergency key and use its tip to unlock the small protective cover.

Finally, remove the old battery and insert the new one, ensuring the positive terminal is facing upwards. Replace the cover and the emergency key.
