On the Mini Cooper, the fuel flap may get stuck due to a problem with the button or the locking actuator. In these cases, you can still perform an emergency opening by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, open the boot. Then, remove the panel located on the left side of the compartment. Next, locate the indicated green cord, grab it, and pull it towards you to unlock the actuator. At this point, you can refuel and repair the faulty component.
