Replacement and Maintenance of Accessory Kit

Model: Mini Mini R57, R55, R56 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Accessory kit

Start by removing the base of the gear lever by prying between the outer part and the inner ring. Now, use some force to completely pull off the body of the knob and the leather covering the lever. Next, unscrew the screws present in the three accessory ports to remove them. Also, pry along the slit of the gear lever to remove the leather cover of the handbrake. Now, you can pull off the entire accessory holder from front to back. Be careful to disconnect the connectors, and for reassembly, follow the steps in reverse order.

How to Remove the Front Headlamp on a Renault Megane

Let's see how to remove the front headlamp on a Renault Megane. Open the bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard and secure it. Unscrew the headlamp securing bolts with a screwdriver, along with the associated clips, and extract the headlamp from its housing. Once the headlamp is removed (located at the rear of the headlamp), take it out, and you will find the bulbs with metal clips. Pull out the bulb holder from the headlamp and extract the damaged bulb using a screwdriver. Install the new bulb (always ensure it is the correct type and size) and insert the bulb holder back into the headlamp housing.
