Operation: Mini handbrake lever replacement

To replace the handbrake lever of a mini, proceed as follows: 1) Remove the gearshift frame. 2) Remove the gaiter and gear knob. 3) Remove the screws present in the front and rear cup holders. 4) Remove the rear cup holder. 5) Remove the handbrake boot. 6) Gently lifting remove the central tunnel paying attention to the electrical connections. 7) Disconnect the electrical connections. 8) Remove the bolts of the plastic frame of the central tunnel. 9) Release the handbrake from the bolts that anchor it to the frame. 10) Disconnect the steel cables that connect the handbrake lever to the brakes. 11) To reinstall the lever, proceed in reverse order.

How to replace the Ford Transit key battery

Below I will explain how to replace the remote control key battery on the car, take a small screwdriver and pry the rear part of the remote control, (where there is the ring), at which point unhook the back cover and yes will have access to the compartment containing the battery. Always with the help of the small screwdriver, proceed to make the va and lift the battery out of the housing. Then take the new battery (check the type) and place it on the housing, always making sure to position it with the positive pole facing upwards. Finally, close the back cover by re-hooking it to the key.
