In this video, you will see how to remove the inner door panel of the Mini Countryman 2015: it is quite simple. To remove the panel, you need to take out the internal lock.

You will need to remove the small inner trim, which can be done using a plastic spatula (a screwdriver is risky as it can scratch the plastics). This component is the only thing that applies pressure on the door panel, and once it is removed, you can start applying pressure on the sides to take off the panel, which will come away easily once loosened from the sides.

Follow the same procedure for the front panel.
