To replace the battery on the Mini Countryman, open the bonnet to access the components located inside the engine bay. Here, you will find a plastic panel located just below the windscreen on the passenger side. By removing this panel, you can access the battery underneath, which needs to be disconnected from the appropriate cables.

At this point, the device can be removed from its housing, replaced with a new part, connected, and the panel placed back over it.
