If the oil light on the instrument cluster of your Mini Cooper (2013 model) continues to appear despite having changed it recently along with the appropriate filter, you must manually reset the light. Let's discover the various steps you need to follow.

First, turn on the ignition and press the "Trip 0.0" button for about five seconds. Then, press the button at the end of the left steering column multiple times and scroll through the various icons on the display.

Once you find the one related to car maintenance, select "Reset" and proceed to restore the oil light.
