In this video we see how to reset the service light on a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, specifically for older models (around 2013/2015) using a "mechanical" method. Turn on the car in "ON" mode to activate the instrument panel only: press the "trip" button on the dashboard until the "service reminder" screen appears. Then hold down the "trip" button for at least ten seconds; the service date should start flashing. While it is flashing, press the "trip" button again for another ten seconds, until the date resets and the light turns off.
