To replace the rear wheel on the Moto Guzzi V7III, you need to loosen the bolts that secure the exhaust to its housing so that it can be completely removed. After removing the exhaust, you can loosen the bolts that secure the rear shock absorbers, detaching them from the swingarm and the mudguard. After removing the shock absorbers, you will need to loosen the central nut that secures the rear wheel spindle to the end of the swingarm: this will allow the wheel to be completely removed, replacing it with a new one.
