In this video we can see how to deactivate the annoying seat belt chime on a Nissan Altima: we need to look on the inside of the seat, where we see an electrical connector. We simply need to unplug it, even though it is not easy to reach. Once we have it, we just need to press the button and pull; we can do the same from the passenger side, which also has a plug on the same side and we can disconnect it. The fact that we no longer have the active chime means that we are sure to fasten our seat belts without anyone having to remind us.
