How to check if the Touch Screen of the Nissan Qashqai J11 is defective

In this video we can see how to check if the touch screen of the Nissan Qashqai J11 is defective, or if it just needs calibration: hold down the configuration button located on the right side of the screen, and rotate the knob to the right and left several times. Now touch the configuration button on the screen and click on the calibration mode, which is the first option that opens among the possible ones. We must now touch the orange crosses, where the screen proposes them, until the unit says that the screen has been calibrated correctly. If we do not get the calibration menu, or at the end of the calibration the screen tells us that the calibration has failed, then it means that the screen is defective.
