How to replace the timing belt of the Nissan Micra

The timing belt on a Nissan Micra is located under the engine, so in order to replace it, it is necessary to lift the vehicle on jack stands and remove the front wheels. To replace the belt, we need to loosen the pulley nut in order to easily remove the worn belt. After removing the timing belt, we lubricate the new belt with grease to facilitate its insertion into the tensioner roller. Once the timing belt is inserted, we tighten the pulley nut and start the engine to adjust the tension.
