How to Replace the Timing Belt on a Nissan Micra

Do you want to replace the timing belt on your Micra? Let's see how to remove the belt on a Nissan Micra. Lift the front bonnet and locate the parts to be removed. Remove the engine and belt covers, lift the car and access from the side if you have space issues inside. Using a spanner, loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. With a socket wrench, unscrew the tensioner pulley bolt and remove the water pump. Install the new water pump, the tensioner, and the belt itself, tightening everything with the socket wrench. Refill the reservoir with new coolant. Refit all the plastic covers.
