How to replace the battery of a Nissan Qashqai J12

In this video we see how to replace the battery of a Nissan Qasqhai J12: we open the hood. The battery is located in front of the passenger (for left-hand drive cars) covered by a splash guard. We remove the two plastic clips and lift the splash guard. We disconnect the battery by disconnecting the negative terminal (black) by loosening the 10mm nut (which may be corroded); we then do the same with the positive terminal (red). We loosen the 10mm nut of the mounting bracket, and rotate the metal rods to unhook them from the holes. We remove the old battery and replace it with the new one: we secure the bracket and tighten the 10mm nut. We connect the terminals starting with the red one, then the black one. We tighten the nuts well and put the splash guard back in place. We start the car and verify that the radio does not require a PIN for reset.

How to Set the Clock on the Opel Zafira
