How to remove the door panel with attached window motor on a Nissan Qashqai? Before starting the disassembly work, let's disconnect the battery terminals located in the front engine compartment. With a lever or screwdriver we go to leverage the handle on the door panel, remove the glossy black plastic molding on the door (unscrew the screws inside), then remove the handle with the relative window lift buttons and disconnect the cables power supply. Unscrew the retaining screws left on the door panel, pry around the entire perimeter of the door panel and detach it. Unscrew the window lifter motor (located inside the sheet metal) with a socket wrench.
