See how to replace the front wishbone on a Nissan Micra K12: lift the car with a jack and place it on axle stands; remove the affected front wheel, unscrew the lower ball joint bolt with a 17 mm spanner, and then loosen the wishbone bolt at the subframe with a 19 mm spanner. Use a hammer to free the joint. To facilitate this operation, it is advisable to use WD-40 and wait ten minutes. To install the new wishbone, fit it without fully tightening the bolts, first securing it to the ball joint, then to the subframe. The final tightening will require 55/65 Nm + 1/4 turn, while for the subframe bolt, 70/80 Nm. Reconnect any ABS sensors.
