How to Change the Air and Cabin Filter on a Nissan NV200

The cabin filter of the Nissan NV200 is hidden under the dashboard on the passenger side, behind a plastic cover near the pedal. Remove the passenger side mat and the cover: unclip the lower and upper tabs to extract the filter. The filter is mounted inside a rigid plastic frame that serves as a support and guide for insertion and must be replaced entirely. The mounting arrow indicates the airflow direction (upwards). The engine air filter is easily accessible in the engine compartment. Open the filter housing by pressing the two side tabs. The filter is removed by pulling it down; the arrow indicates the mounting direction. To reassemble, insert the new filter into the guides and close the housing.
