Oil Change on Nissan Qashqai 1.5 DCI

Lift the car with a jack, unscrew the undertray cover by removing the clips, and unscrew the bolts securing it to the front bumper. Loosen the drain bolt and collect the used oil in a container. While the oil drains, move to the top of the engine bay where, after opening the bonnet, you will unscrew the oil filter and replace it with a new one, tightening it again with a spanner. When all the old oil has drained completely, screw the drain bolt back in and fill nearly 4 litres of 5W-30 lubricant through the upper hole, checking the level with the dipstick for safety.
