Resetting Airbag Light on Nissan Qashqai

Turn on the instrument panel (not the engine) with the ignition key. When the airbag light starts flashing, AT THE FIRST FLASH, turn the key off. Wait five seconds, turn the ignition back on, and repeat the operation: at the first flash, turn off the instrument panel. Repeat this process until the airbag light stops flashing; usually, this requires three repetitions. This is an extremely simple and straightforward procedure that will reset the light, which has likely illuminated by mistake.
