Below are the steps to correctly reset the service light on the brand new Nissan Rogue. First, turn on the ignition and enter the menu.

Navigate using the directional arrows and select the "Settings" option. Next, go to "Maintenance" and then "Oil Control System." At this point, as the screen suggests, press the "Ok" button to confirm that you want to perform the reset, and a few moments later you are done.

If you encounter errors, you can simply start the entire procedure over.
